WHO IS THIS PERSON?

Well… I’m Maki!

I hike, tramp, climb and this 2026 year I’m all about calling myself a MOUNTAINEER.

Beginner, yes.

But mountaineer nonetheless.

I’ve completed my Introduction course in 2024, and 2025 was about focusing on training more and more to have the required fitness to tackle some of my main projects, which include Mount Ruapehu (actually got there on August ‘25! ready to go back though) and Taranaki.

But, other than that, the focus is on working with brands and people who are connected with nature, one way or the other.

So - ABOUT YOU:

  • You are outdoorsy

  • You either tramp, trail run or rock climb

  • You might have an outdoor related business

  • Your focus is on sustainability & taking care of nature

And a bit more about me:

  • I’m extremely dedicated (can be a bad thing).

  • Details are everything.

  • I’m super nice.

  • I’m definitely all about quality. And I use the word “definitely” too much.
